Love To Bake

Baking is my Passion! Creating new recipes and changing old ones are challenges I love. When I create a cake from scratch, watching the transition from flour, eggs, sugar, butter and whatever else I throw in there, to something that is so yummy and sinful is amazing. And when someone tells me "I haven't had a cake like that since my Grandma", well, that's just the best compliment I could get!

About Me

Cakes by Jenni: I have watched my Grandma and Mom bake my whole life. It has been something that I have loved since I was a child. Baking is a passion for me. It is a type of therapy! The smells. The transformation from eggs, flour, butter, and whatever else I throw in there is amazing to me. The final product is my masterpiece. Even if it doesn't turn out exactly right the first time!!
